Maasai Mara National Reserve

About Masai Mara

(Masai Mara) is situated in  south-west Kenya and is one  of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife  Reserves. Known for the  Greatest Wildlife Migration Wildebeest Migration or the  greatest wildlife ‘travelling  roadshow’ that has been  named as one of the seven  wonders of the world, the  great migration is an iconic  safari must see for a tourist.  The park is a home to the Big  Five (Lion, Leopard,  Elephant, Buffalo and Black Rhino), over 95 species of  mammals and over 570  recorded species of birds. Together with the Serengeti  National Park in Tanzania it  forms Africa’s most diverse,  incredible and most spectacular eco-systems and  possibly the world’s top safari  big game viewing eco system. This is The World Cup  of Wildlife, and together with  the Serengeti National Park  there is no better place in the  world to see what the Maasai  Mara and Serengeti National  Park provide.  The park presents an  invaluable opportunity to  learn about the well preserved culture of the  Maasai Community that has  peacefully coexisted with the  wildlife since time  immemorial.
